Student Complaint Process

Students with a consumer complaint or grievance must first complete Sattler College’s internal complaint process before seeking external resolution.

Follow these steps:

  1. Attempt informal resolution: Start by addressing the issue directly with the appropriate college office or personnel.
  2. Submit a student complaint form: If the issue is not resolved informally, you next step is to file a formal complaint by completing and submitting this Sattler Student Complaint Form.
  3. Contact the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (MDHE): If the issue remains unresolved after fully completing Sattler College’s complaint process, you may submit a formal complaint to MDHE using the submission guidelines below.
