Financial Disclosure

The purpose of this disclosure is to provide you with important information regarding Sattler’s financial transparency as require by the Commonwealth’s new law which, among other things, requires the Massachusetts Department of Higher Education (MA DHE) to conduct annual financial screenings, either directly or through an accrediting agency, on all private higher education institutions located in the Commonwealth and authorized to grant degrees.

This law establishes several new requirements for private institutions of higher education intended to avert sudden, precipitous institutional closures and the unfortunate impacts such closures have on students and their families.

Retention Data

Recording retention data is important for colleges because it helps them assess how well they are supporting their students and meeting their educational needs. Retention data provides insights into the factors that influence students to persist or leave college, such as academic performance, financial aid, campus culture, and support services. By analyzing this data, colleges can identify areas where they need to improve and develop effective strategies to enhance student success and retention. Ultimately, the goal of tracking retention data is to create a positive and supportive learning environment that enables students to achieve their academic and career goals.
